Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or hire Brine Creative, operated by Aaron Legler. Booking a service means you agree to them. If we sign a separate written agreement with you, that agreement wins where the two differ.
Our services
We provide short-form video (scripting, on-site filming and editing), Meta ads management, and social page management for businesses. What's included in each package is listed on our pricing table. We'll confirm the details of your package in writing before work starts.
Prices and payment
- Our prices are published on this website and are the full price for our work. There are no hidden fees.
- Meta ad spend is not included. You pay it directly to Meta, and it's never billed through us.
- If any sales tax applies, it will be shown on your invoice before you pay.
- One-time shoots are paid in full when booked.
- Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance, on the same date each month and renew month to month until you cancel.
- We'll tell you at least 30 days before any price change affects your plan.
Scripts, filming and approvals
We write scripts and send them to you for approval before filming. We film at the time and place we agree on together. After filming, we edit and send videos for your review before anything is posted or used in an ad.
Your responsibilities
- Make sure we're allowed to film at the location, and that anyone on camera knows and agrees to be filmed.
- Give us accurate information about your business, prices and offers. You're responsible for the claims your ads make about your business.
- Give us the account access we need to post and run ads, and keep your own account login secure.
- Only send us logos, music, photos or other material you have the right to use.
Meta ads and ad spend
Ads run on Meta's platforms under Meta's own terms and advertising policies. Meta decides whether ads are approved and how they're delivered. We'll recommend a budget, but you decide what you spend, and ads only run with your approval.
No guaranteed results
We work hard to get your business in front of local customers, but we can't promise specific numbers of views, followers, leads or sales. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, your offer and the platforms themselves.
Who owns the videos
Once you've paid for them, your finished videos belong to you to use anywhere you like.
We won't feature your business, videos or name in our own portfolio or marketing without your written permission.
Cancelling and refunds
Monthly plans have no long-term contract. To cancel, email BrineCreative@brinemarketing.com before your next billing date. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for decisions made by Meta or other platforms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Weld County, Colorado, unless we both agree otherwise. Before going to court, we both agree to try to resolve the issue by talking first.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes don't apply to work already paid for.
